Noozhath Faruq

Noozhath (Nooz) has been with the company for 9 months. Prior to that, she spent 1 year in hospitality and 2 years in retail in customer service roles. She currently studies a Bachelor of Speech and Hearing Sciences at Macquarie University, with hopes to complete postgraduate education and become a registered Speech Pathologist. Noozhath loves working in early intervention because the smallest successes are the most joyous. In her spare time, Noozhath enjoys the beach, reading, origami, and a good Netflix movie (or 3).

Samantha Pereira (Co-Supervisor)

Sam’s childhood goal was to be an artist and travel the world.

Sam has been with Eureka Learning Centre, Liverpool since December 2021. She has worked as a Behaviour therapist since 2016 on multiple teams as an house therapist, school-shadow and in social skills groups. She has worked as a Senior therapist since 2018.

Sam has completed a Master’s degree in Speech Pathology at the University of Sydney.

Sam believes that “Communication is not a means to an end but a process that allows people to gain and deepen their understanding of each other.”

Her long term goal is to develop resources for play based intervention.

In her free time, Sam enjoys painting, traveling and spending time with friends.

Vivian Mitropoulou

Vivian has been working as an Behaviour Behavioural Therapist since 2020 with children who have been diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and/or Intellectual Disabilities. She has experience providing in-home, clinic and school-based services. Vivian received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at WSU back in 2016 and completed her postgraduate degree in Counselling at ACAP last year. Next, she accomplished an Internship as a CBT therapist at Kings Own Institute providing crisis intervention methods and safe physical restraint practices when necessary.

Bareen Sulaiman

Bareen is currently finishing my bachelor of psychological science at UNSW and plans to continue onto honours and a master in clinical psychology. She has always been passionate about psychology, the reasoning behind people’s behaviours and helping people overcome the struggles they face throughout their lives.  She spent two years working as a learning support assistant to high school students but now wants to take time to work with younger children. Working with children has always been a main focus of hers to make a change to their lives allowing them to achieve great things in their lives.

Nariman Mohamadein

Nariman Mohamadein is a dedicated individual who holds a Bachelor’s degree with Honours in Psychology from Western Sydney University. Currently, Nariman is pursuing RBT training through the Autism Partnership Foundation, driven by a deep passion for working with children and a strong desire to make a positive impact in their lives. She has also recently undertaken an internship in psychotherapy, which has allowed her to expand her skill set and gain valuable practical experience in helping individuals navigate their mental and emotional well-being. With a profound love for children, Nariman is committed to helping them overcome challenges and achieve their full potential. Through her extensive knowledge and experience in psychology, Nariman aims to provide support and guidance to enhance the well-being and development of young minds.

Paulina Im

When Paulina was young, she aspired to help people that needed it most and would always go out of her way to solve problems. Paulina has been with Eureka since Feb 2023, with prior experience as an Behaviour Therapist/Support Worker for 3 years. Although university was not for Paulina, she did 2 years in Bachelor of Nursing and has experience from placement to provide first aid and CPR when needed. What inspires Paulina to begin her pathway into early intervention is wanting to help others accomplish their challenges. Paulina sees that there is always a way to help others and no matter the difficulty, it can be overcome. Paulina’s long term goal is to move up to Senior Behaviour Therapist as she is currently a Junior Behaviour Therapist. Paulina spends her time being outdoors, playing oztag and other leisure activities. She also enjoys trying new cuisines and wants to travel more.

Gabrielle Hamilton

Gabrielle is currently studying Bachelor of Psychology at Western Sydney University with a career aspiration to become a paediatric neuropsychologist. She grew up in The Bahamas and South Africa and very early in life had a passion for science with the career goal to help improve an individual’s quality of life. This has evolved into a passion for working with children and early intervention to ensure that every child has an equal opportunity in life. She has a few years of work experience in hospitality and childminding. In her spare time, she is either exploring new places, baking, watching a documentary or spending time with friends.
