Karen Kariippanon (BSc, M.Ed, BCBA)

Karen is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Certified Behavior Analyst (CBA) with a deep passion for working with children on the autism spectrum. With years of experience in the field, Karen specialises in teaching functional communication skills and creating individualised programs that empower children to reach their fullest potential.

Beyond her professional qualifications, Karen is driven by a genuine desire to make a positive impact on the lives of the children and families she serves. She is particularly passionate about fostering independence and enhancing the quality of life for each child through evidence-based strategies tailored to their unique needs. Outside of her work, Karen has a love for exploring new foods and learning languages, which reflects her curious and adventurous spirit. She believes that building strong connections with the children she works with—whether through a shared love of learning or a shared experience of trying new things—helps create meaningful, lasting change.

Cindy Wang BCBA-D

Cindy Wang, BCBA-D, CBA, is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst-Doctoral with extensive experience in supporting children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and developmental delays. She began her career as a lecturer at the Criminal Police University, where she spent eight years supervising Master’s students and leading numerous research projects. She further expanded her expertise as a Visiting Scholar at the University of California, Davis.

Since 2017, Cindy has been dedicated to helping children develop essential communication, social and independence skills as a behavior therapist and shadow teacher. She is passionate about evidence-based interventions and strongly advocates for the “Accept, Identify, Move” approach to fostering positive behavior.

Fluent in both English and Mandarin, she enjoys spending her free time with her family, hiking, and traveling.
