Program Supervisor
Behaviour Therapist

Job Tasks and Responsibilities

Program Supervisors at Eureka Learning Centre design and supervise programs for children with autism, typically ages 2-10, in their home, schools, and at the clinic.

Primary Duties Include
  • Conducting functional behaviour assessments.
  • Designing and modifying client treatment plans.
  • Conducting staff and parent training.
  • Leading team meetings.
  • Collaboration with caregivers and other professionals.
  • Upholding professional and ethical standards, company and BACB standards.
  • Disseminating information regarding ASD and Applied Behavior Analysis (Behaviour) through training and presentations.

Other duties may be necessary at request

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Design appropriate, function-based interventions for in-home and
    centre-based clients.
  • Have experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
  • Experience with supervision and oversight of staff and program development.
  • Possess Great interpersonal skills and exceptional time management skills.
  • Be Creative and have Independent thinking skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
    Team oriented attitude.
  • Adaptability and eagerness to work in a changing environment.
    Self-motivation, dependable, and strong problem-solving and
    conflict-resolution skills.
qualifications

Requisite Qualifications

  • Current certification with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board preferred. Candidates with Masters in Autism/Behaviour with 3 years of experience as a Program Supervisor are also welcome to apply.
  • Conduct developmental and criterion-referenced assessments such as the VBMAPP or ABLLS.
  • Current valid Working with Children Check.
